• Manage and optimize reports and automation systems using Power BI.
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Aptify to support strategic decisions.
• Identify trends in member behaviour and provide actionable insights.
• Support team members with reporting and data-related queries.
• Maintain and enhance automation processes to improve efficiency.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA.
• Experience working with CRM databases (Aptify preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
