We also support the bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes, and services to enable the bank’s strategy and enhance the customer experience.We are seeking a new Business analyst, to join a team working in the Core Banking area, where we have the responsibility for systems supporting the bank loans and other credit facilities in Denmark and other Nordic markets. We are working on maintenance and new development within our system responsibility.As a business analyst based in Denmark, you will play a pivotal role in owning the business processes and solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT and use both perspectives to build value adding solutions.What to ExpectIn this role, you’ll be immersed in an Agile environment where your input is valued, and your contribution can shape processes. Your diverse daily tasks may include:

• Engaging with stakeholders

• Developing and mapping user flows/processes

• Translating business needs into clear objectives

• Eliciting and decomposing requirements

• Planning and carrying out test activities

• Maintenance activities

As a Business Analyst, you’ll write user stories, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, facilitate workshops, conduct problem analysis, manage deliveries, and more.Your Skills and ExperienceWe’re looking for someone with a proactive approach and effective collaboration skills. You should have solid problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, and the capacity to drive your own work.We value your ability to:

• Experience as a Business Analyst OR

• Experience with testing and insights related to improving quality assurance and gathering requirements from various stakeholders, as well as experience with data-driven tasks

• Moderate SQL knowledge

Bonus Points for Experience with:

• Mainframe systems and basic understanding of cloud

• Loan and Credit domain knowledge
