Over the coming months we are working to formalise detailed separation and transition planning to ensure our teams and customers are supported through this process.To facilitate this organisational transition, TPG Telecom EGW team is looking for a Business and Operational Focused Business Analyst with expertise in Separation or M&A process documentation (Non-IT) to accurately identify and articulate business needs and transitional processes.This encompasses all necessary capture of detailed process to deliver and maintain the people related process, IT Systems, including performance metrics, tools, and reporting.Please Note: We are looking specifically for candidates with experience in business process transformation.Responsibilities
- Create and/or document the process maps b/w Systems and Process and at a level of detail capture process where gaps identified
- Documenting clear functional and non-functional requirements and processes including but not limited to business, performance, operational, system, reporting, security, scalability and / or usability requirements.
- Documenting the As Is and To Be processes. The As-Is diagram describes the present state of the organization’s process and capabilities. The To-Be diagram describes the future state; how the organization’s process and capabilities will appear in the future and as well the hand-off of process b/w onshore and offshore teams.
- Capture Start and end of process with overlaps of System process enablement vs people manual process enablement
- Capture of Inputs into various as-is commercial and operational process governance and documenting the transitional governance approach as part of the overall process mapping
- Participate in program sub-stream ceremonies
- Establish and document processes for the transitional team, including creation of SOPs, training materials and business tools gaps to support the processes (Sharepoint, documentation, excel and build templates if applicable).
Knowledge & Experience (preferred & recommended)
- Experience interacting with various stakeholder groups spanning across core Business, IT, Operations and Finance.
- Proven experience as a Process Business Analyst or similar role having worked either on a Separation/Transition program of work or an M&A transition.
- Experienced in Process and Data Mapping
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and presentation tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro or other tools
- Knowledge of various IT Systems
- Teamwork: Capable of working effectively in complex cross functional teams. To be able to operate independently & have good judgement when to seek guidance & support from the team and managers.
- Communication: Capable of creating simple, compelling messages that summarise their insights and clarify direction, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Facilitation: Capable of facilitating working sessions at workshops with attendees from multiple functions.

- Understanding of Both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
- A logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Understanding of business applications, interfaces and integrated operational environments
- Experience with the documentation of processes using BPMN2.0
