Job description: Business AnalystOur client is a leading multinational sourcing company committed to building better assortments and solutions to grow the business. We are helping them to seek a forward-thinking Business Analyst to join the Transformation Department in their regional office.Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business units and digital solutions team.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and designs.
• Oversee digital projects from conception to implementation.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption of new solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital transformation or business analysis.
• Strong project management skills; PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
