Read MoreAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirementsAnalyze current business processes and identify areas for improvementTranslate business needs into functional specifications for technical teamsFacilitate meetings and workshops to align business and technical teamsPrepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-makingDevelop business process models, user stories, and use casesAssist in the testing and validation of new systems and featuresMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersSupport change management initiatives and user training sessionsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical roleStrong understanding of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniquesProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioExperience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysisExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentIf you’re driven by insights, passionate about process optimization, and enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions.Apply Now
