Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Conduct stakeholder interviews and process reviews related to existing stores and workflow management ticketing operations.Identify and document functional and technical requirements for both systems.Assess the suitability of the current ticketing system used in ECE for APSC-wide deployment.Research, evaluate, and compare potential alternative software solutions for both areas.Prepare a business case or evaluation report including key findings, analysis, and recommendations for next steps.Present findings and recommendations to the APSC Strategic Initiatives team and other stakeholders as required.What you must have:Demonstrated experience providing business analysis services in a post-secondary or complex public sector environment.5+ years of experience in enterprise software evaluation and requirements gathering.Proven ability to assess and document current state business processes and recommend future state solutions.Experience consulting stakeholders across multiple functional areas (e.g., Finance, HR, IT).Availability to begin work within 2 weeks of contract award.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with procurement or inventory management workflows.Familiarity with ticketing and service request systems in academic institutions.Experience integrating software recommendations with large-scale shared service models.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
