Understand current business model and processes, document and analyze via flowchart, identify pain-points and business opportunities
Work closely with the workgroup in project team to coordinate the business requirements gathering, guide business owner to document the business requirements in Jira/Confluence (feature, epic, and user story creation)
Develop and communicate vision and roadmap
Support managing and prioritizing the flow of work (Backlog)
Interact and guide architects and develop team to refine the business requirements by adding solution design options, test cases and estimates
Facilitate review sessions with system demos to get feedback from business stakeholders to improve and connect Sales and Service experiences for customers and employees
Track and escalate risks and impediments
Enable and manage process, organizational and technology changes for cross business and functional stakeholders including business leaders, technology leaders and frontline employees
Experience:
5 years+ BA experience in multi-nation manufactory company of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, consulting background is a plus
Experience in Salesforce CPQ is a plus
Overall experience of B2B CRM SaaS implementation, from 0 to 1 rollout and go-live support
Familiar with Agile, e.g., Scrum or SAFe, ideally a certified Scrum Master
Skill:
Bachelor’s degree or above, Master or MBA degree is plus
Salesforce Sales Cloud certificate
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
MS Office, especially PPT and Excel
Any Salesforce based CPQ certificate is a plus
Jira/Confluence is a plus
