Careem operates in over 70 cities across 10 countries, from Morocco to Pakistan.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced & skilled Business Analyst to become a core member of the Careem Partnerships team.What you’ll do:

• Monitor the performance of the program, drive new members subscription by identifying the customer journey and experience in the funnel
• Brainstorm, design and develop insightful dashboards for performance tracking and identifiying the engagement trends and growth patterns
• Synthesize in-depth analysis to drive business intelligence via recommendations for action.
• Design and access A/B test experiments to boost the growth of the program
• Manage stakeholders and become the POC for insights on data related to subscriptions
• Work in conjunction with the product and marketing team to create user segments to build personalized tests

What you’ll need:

• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions, deal with loosely defined problems and fast changing requirements & think abstractly
• Experience working with Business Intelligence tools, building reports and dashboards
• Experience with customer analytics, attribution and monetisation
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google tech stack. Python is a plus
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (eg. Hive, Spark, Presto, Athena, Big Query) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge and strong track record working with CRM data
• Experience with data warehouse and data marts
