The strategy gives effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi / The Treaty of Waitangi through our waka hourua partnered approach and dual-framing.You can find more about ACC and the work we do .Mō te tūranga mahi | About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join ACC’s Business Analysis Practice.Where you will be assigned, Te Ara Tōtara – you will be led by dynamic, passionate Māori leaders, who are very committed in improving outcomes for Māori, by improving their experience of ACC and changing it into a positive one.You will:

  • Address and remove barriers for Māori and help shape design and commissioning, so that we enable quality experiences and outcomes for kiritaki/ client and whānau
  • Facilitate and document business process analysis and design sessions.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and develop business cases using analysis methods.
  • Assist in system design, architectural issues, data integrity, and migration.
  • Establish and maintain UAT documentation, including process and scenario libraries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations, and service delivery.
  • Suggest areas for process improvement and support a positive team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business process analysis and design.
Proficiency in requirements analysis methodologies coupled with a high standard of business writing skills.
Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio and Jira is necessary.
Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
Experience working in complex organisations, and an ability to influence and interact with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
