You’ll become part of a dynamic, agile team consisting of developers, analysts, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. The team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and continuously improving our supply chain and logistics processes. Primarily located in Brande, Denmark, and Málaga, Spain, the team collaborates across borders to support BESTSELLER’s logistics and supply chain operations.

Act as the essential link between business users and our development team. As our new Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate complex business needs into precise system requirements for design and development. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and effective delivery of solutions that meet the evolving needs of BESTSELLER’s supply chain operations.
Additionally, you will:

• Analyze existing workflows and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes.
• Drive the continuous development of BESTONE, ensuring it remains a cutting-edge solution for logistics and supply chain management.
• Formulate testing strategies, create test plans, and execute testing of new systems and enhancements to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Develop clear support documentation and training materials for users to maximize adoption and effective use of supported systems.

YOUR PROFILE
You find motivation in working closely with business stakeholders and other TECH teams, where you put your focus on ensuring that solutions are aligned. An analytical mindset is one of your greatest strengths, making it easy for you to break down complex processes into actionable steps. Whether you are an experienced consultant with extensive WCS, WMS or ERP knowledge, or a super-user from within the logistics and automation area looking to continue your career in TECH, it is the following skillset that will convince us:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with ERP systems-experience with standard systems like SAP or similar is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes with practical experience optimizing workflows.
• Experience in agile methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Danish proficiency is a plus).

WORK LOCATION: Your primary base will be Brande, Denmark – however, you should be prepared to occasionally work from other locations, particularly our key logistics site at the distribution center in Haderslev, Denmark.Ready to Shape the Future of Logistics?
