Responsibilities
1. Evaluate Current Processes: Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
for improvement.
2. Centralize Functions: Develop a cohesive model for managing operational services
and procurement processes across multiple departments and locations.
3. Enhance Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: Streamline operations, optimize budgets,
and implement tools or strategies to reduce redundancies while maintaining quality.
4. Strengthen Team Structure: Propose a unified team framework to manage
centralized functions effectively.
5. Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather
insights, and secure support for proposed changes.
6. Deliver Actionable Recommendations: Provide a clear roadmap for achieving operational efficiency and centralization.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis,or operational optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
