Job description: We are looking for a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract, specializing in process optimization and system improvements for the Accounting and Finance department. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to analyze, model, and optimize financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and propose innovative solutions. 🔹 Analyze and map current accounting and financial processes to identify inefficiencies
🔹 Propose and implement improvement and automation solutions for the Finance department
🔹 Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to optimize system integration
🔹 Ensure change management and support key finance stakeholders
🔹 Prepare reports and strategic recommendations related to financial operationsQualifications
✔ Strong expertise in financial and accounting process optimization
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling
✔ Bilingual (French and English)
