We foster a friendly, exciting and challenging work environment.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and automating data pipelines, designing insightful dashboards, and maintaining data infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate business needs into technical solutions and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate data pipelines using Python and Google App Script.
• Ensure seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and similar platforms.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and support business KPIs.
• Develop and optimize queries using SQL and manage data warehousing solutions like Google BigQuery.
• Structure databases and data marts for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) for analysis, reporting, and lightweight automation.
• Create complex formulas, pivot tables, and scripts for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business, operations, and management teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Document all processes, data sources, and systems for transparency and team knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 2–4 years) as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Bachelors degree in the related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and Google App Script for data handling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
• Solid SQL skills; experience with BigQuery or equivalent cloud-based data warehouses.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Understanding of ETL best practices and data architecture concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating APIs for data extraction.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and visualization best practices.
• Background in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, finance
