Job description: Job DescriptionRole Description:We are looking for a highly skilled business analysist/product owner with 7+ years of experience in financial application development.Main Duties and Responsibilities:As a skilled business analysist/product owner, you will:

• Work with the Agile team to deliver technology solutions;
• Work closely with onsite/global leads and business stakeholders to analyze the business context and requirements;
• Able to refine business requirements by continuously gathering feedbacks from stakeholders and business users.
• Able to closely work with Dev, QA and other roles in the team to deliver project on schedule, with high quality; actively support prod releases in whole process;
• Able to develop junior BA in the team, cultivate sense of business driven development in the team.

Educational Requirements and Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field.
• 7+ years working experience in financial industry, with 3+ years business analysist/product owner/project management experience or equivalent related experience;
• Financial company experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication ability is a must.
• Should have hands on experience in different type of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, SQL Server)
• Experience in Agile development engineering methods.
• Experience in AWS or Azure or any other public cloud service.
• Experience with JAVA development, QA End to End testing.
• Have knowledge of development patten, B/S, C/S architect is a plus.
• Experience with Securities Finance/Financing Solutions is a plus;
