  • Performance Management & Optimization: Driving business targets (new orders, sales, profit, cash) through performance monitoring and process improvements.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Managing cost controlling, reporting, forecasting, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing.
  • Sales & Bidding Management: Overseeing financial and commercial activities in sales and bidding, working closely with sales, technical, bid, and legal teams.
  • Bid Review & Approval: Ensuring accurate costing, pricing strategy, and compliance in bid documentation, while reviewing and approving bids (LoA).
  • Contract & Risk Management: Managing contract structuring, risk assessment, bond/guarantee handling, and acting as a key interface for procurement, legal, and tax matters.
  • Customer Negotiation & Handover: Leading commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring a smooth handover to order processing, and reviewing annual partner agreements.

You excel in:

  • Education: Holding a university diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Having 3+ years of experience in Financial and Project Management and/or Business Controlling.
  • Technical Skills: Strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Additional: Supporting audits, product closure, and ad-hoc tasks.
