Job description: About the roleJoin this progressive team and ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, this pivotal role supports the leadership team, manages office systems and processes, and plays a key role in within the team.Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administration support to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including facilities, supplies, and WHS compliance
  • Support leadership and client teams with administrative tasks, reports, meetings, and travel
  • Coordinate internal events, including staff meetings, Friday socials, and team celebrations
  • Lead internal audits and maintain quality assurance systems and certifications
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training administration
  • Manage tender and proposal processes, including formatting and submission tracking
  • Maintain key systems such as the Knowledge Centre, CRM tools, and business procedure documentation

Skills and experience

  • Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience in a business or office management role
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – the ability to craft emails and routine correspondence
  • The ability to pre-empt the needs of those around you – you are proactive and can think ahead!
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident with business systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement
