Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Administration Manager to join the operational leadership team in CAMHS Durham and Darlington. The successful candidate will be operationally responsible for the management of admin leads and will have significant experience in administration and secretarial management.The successful candidate will also provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective personal assistant support to members of the leadership team and have strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.This is a demanding and busy role and the successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values and standards of behaviour expected by the organisation and must meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.The role will be based in North End House but you will be required to travel across the Durham and Darlington patch.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with the collective leadership team to support the design of, manage and monitor the development of the admin service/function, ensuring processes are modernised to continuously improve quality, productivity and efficiency of clinical services. They will be responsible for ensuring their teams deliver an effective and efficient service to patients and service users including, clinicians, nurses and other key staff groups.Our administration services are wide and varied and we are looking for someone who has proven management and leadership expertise as the role involves a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality, utilisation of negotiation and communication skills, demonstration of empathy, understanding, compassion, and the ability to deal with any challenging situations that may arise. On a day to day basis the successful candidate will be reactive, responsive and flexible to the needs of the teams within the service and the admin leads who work with them.
