Job description: Building Regulations Principal Designer – Oxford (Other Locations Considered)Are you an experienced Building Inspector with the right accreditations to guide projects to compliance?Do you want to work on a variety of exciting projects, from education and energy to retail and defence?Can you lead compliance processes, ensure designs meet regulations, and support clients through building safety procedures?About the RoleAs a Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD), you will act as a principal consultant for building regulations compliance, supporting clients across a diverse range of projects. You will ensure designs meet regulations, providing expert guidance to designers and project teams. This role offers a balance of office, home, and site work, with responsibilities split across compliance tracking, design team meetings, and occasional site visits.About the CompanyYou’ll be joining a global leader in engineering, project management, and design consultancy.
