  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare and implement maintenance plans.
  • Execute minor projects within building maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets within your areas of responsibility.
  • Manage and lead external craftsmen, as well as participate in teams and project work.
  • Provide professional supervision and update documentation.
  • Ensure selected solutions have the best life cycle costs in relation to procurement, establishment, operating costs, maintenance, and the environment.
  • Plan annual budgets and control budget adherence.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A degree in civil engineering, building design, or an equivalent technical background.
  • Practical experience in operations and maintenance, including project planning and management of construction projects.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish.
  • GMP experience, as well as experience with deviations, change controls, and SOPs.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Systematic work approach and commitment to your work and colleagues.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, even across professional groups.
  • Ability to handle high work pressure without losing sight of the big picture.

About the departmentThe department is part of Corporate Facilities (CFa), which provides services to all areas of Novo Nordisk in Denmark. We have a total of about 300 employees in Denmark.
