Job description: Are you ready to lead and drive financial excellence across regions Radix HR is seeking a dynamic Budget & Activity Regional Lead to oversee budgeting activities, financial compliance, and strategic operations within the Marketing Coordinator Program. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with global and regional teams, ensuring financial precision and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Drive overall operations and performance within the team. Lead strategic conversations with the CMO and Global Planning Services (GPS) at the regional level. Provide thought leadership on financial compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices. Partner with GDC (Global Delivery Center) to optimize services and operations. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Engage with functional stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure seamless service delivery. Provide consultative support and collaborate with Regional and Global Leads to meet shared objectives. Showcase best practices, curating and sharing insights with the global community. Budget & Activity Management: Oversee and monitor fiscal activities, ensuring systems and processes are followed for requests, PO, and IO management. Ensure data quality, hygiene, compliance, budget tracking, and forecasting are accurately maintained. Provide periodic reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth and transparent financial operations throughout the year. Qualifications: Competencies & Skills: Proven experience in account management or client management. Strong relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Expertise in project management and leading teams to achieve goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for services. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform business, systems, and process analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software. Experience: University degree in a relevant field. 12-15 years of experience in account management, financial leadership, strategic business operations, or consulting. Proven track record in customer or client management and fostering long-term relationships.
