We are Four Seasons.Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor to join our diverse team of the Italian restaurant & bar CottoCrudo.About the Role:Supervisor plays a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. It is expected to deliver a high-quality experience to the guests and to motivate the staff to ensure excellent customer service. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are essential for this role.About You:You will be ideally a F&B professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager and you will be a part of the leadership team who collectively make key operational decisions for the restaurant. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, team management and development of relationships with our guests.What will You do:

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Ensure smooth process of restaurant and bar reservations.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all restaurant service staff.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Qualifications in detail

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Food & beverage service.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in fast paced environment that demands excellence.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Czech language is an advantage.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
