The Brand & Planning Executive will be responsible for assisting the delivery of the New Product Initiatives working closely with the GBS Brand Service Manager, brand strategic unit as well as the Ops NPI team to deliver the projects as per the teams’ strategic intent. You will have ownership of delivering all assigned projects for EM that are to be served and managing all senior partners as well as ensuring timely resolution of any bottlenecks along the way of projects for timely deliveryWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• E2E delivery of the NPI Project with follow ups, coordination and project management with NPI managers on more complex projects
• Escalation to the right forums to ensure bottlenecks are resolved in time.
• Managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for assigned NPI projects with all the partners.
• Translate data & information into impactful insights & foresights and convey analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports to internal partners
• Scope & gather business critical information for end market in order to forecast and formulate in the near and distant future.
• Assist in tracking and analysing sales data to support effective decision making
• Identify and actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong analytic skills & critical/creative thinking skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint / Excel)
• Ability to work with large amounts of data, build relation amongst the data points and plug them in to drive solutions during the course of a project
• Proficient with Power BI
• Experience in performing and maintaining data tracking
• Proficiency in English, possessing strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain good relationship with cross functional team members
• Excellent project management skills
• Good time management skills
• A graduate in Marketing Business Management.
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in marketing, demand planning or consumer insights team
• Analytical and data-driven but also able to think and act creatively from a problem solving stand point
• Agile to learn BAT WOW and equally eager to become hands on with organizations’ internal systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company
