Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Brand Director will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across the NALP region, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven and effective. It’s role that manages sponsorships, overseeing creative agency relationships, and acting as a brand guardian, while also providing marketing consultancy to client banks and managing budget allocations. Additionally, the role contributes to the development of the NALP marketing team and maintains strong relationships with senior management.
Ensure analysis of all marketing initiatives from marketing and business effectiveness prospectiveEnsure only effective marketing campaigns/initiatives are continuedLeverage data-led approach and mindset: Leverage data, insights, and research to drive decision-making and optimize brand strategy efforts. Regularly analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance brand impact.Activate Visa’s Sponsorship properties such as Olympics and FIFA sponsorship programs to amplify marketing investments and programs across the regionLead development and implementation of local sponsorship strategies and plansIdentify and drive key cultural relevant fandoms relevant to our customers such as sports, gaming and music.Assess all local marketing activities against key marketing KPI’s including MROI measuresEnsure the identification and analysis of card payment trends, market opportunities, cardholder behavior, and evaluate their value and viability within the marketing plan to make strategic recommendations on future business directionMonitor existing and potential competitor marketing activities to identify new opportunities or highlight potential causes for business concernManage the allocated budgets for the region and ensure all marketing activities are performed within budgets and in full compliance with existing rules and policiesAct as the Visa brand guardian and ensure all communications comply with regional and global brand strategies and guidelinesProvision of Marketing Support with, to and for Client BanksProvide professional marketing advice and consultancy to clients to support clients in delivering on their business objectivesSupport development and implementation of client co-op marketing strategies and plansDesigning, operationalizing, and optimizing branding requirements and supporting toolkits & processes for clients and partnersImproving the client and partner experience to seamlessly integrate our brand across payment form factorsManage Marketing Agency RelationshipsManage relationships with the creative agencies and manage their activities effectively ensuring efficient delivery of agreed plansLead briefing process for creative agencies on all campaigns, and safeguard the Visa brand and its valuesReview and evaluate all agency work productEnsure the agencies deliver on their contractual obligationsGeneralActively contribute to the development of the NALP marketing team through coaching, support and the development of formal training plansEstablish, maintain and develop strong working relationships with senior management at global, regional hub and country levelManage budget allocation and budget reporting according to Visa Inc. proceduresThis is a hybrid position.
