• Define and guide French brands strategy consistently while respecting the international brand’s respective equities and the country’s priorities to contribute to the continued growth of our brands and number of customers, and to strengthen our consumer relationship.
• In cooperation with the multibrand sales department levarage potential and own growth strategies in all distribution channels: salons, wholesalers, e-shop, premium retail.
• Own all key french brands metrics e.g. turnover, market share, brand ekvity.
• Manage the full P&L of your brands making choices and recommendations on innovative, growth-driving, profitable levers to activate.
• In delegation to BBLs and education managers, assure the complete ownership of the end-to-end marketing & education processes on all brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Zone Brand Directors on the business guidelines, asset management, best practices, and results sharing.
• Animate and develop a multicultural french brands marketing and education team across Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
• Actively contributes to the Professional Products Division longternm growth as a Member of the PPD Mancom.

Ideal candidate profile

• At least 5 years of Marketing and Education Management experience
• Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of O+O marketing strategy, consumer insight & brand value creation
• Multichannel brand experience (BtoB and BtoC)
• Obsessed with customer and consumer centricity
• Proven track of business results over a given brand
• Understanding of P&L drivers and how to drive action plans
• Excellent analytical skills and sense of focus to prioritize and drive key initiatives to success
• Strong communication skills to build and sustain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and clients and to drive changes through collaboration with a sense of empathy
• Strong team leadership experience: high energy and modern leader who knows how to maintain personal energy and focus, speed and hands-on approach to achieve excellence in execution and results whilst developing teams
• Fluent in English and ideally in Czech, Slovak or Hungarian
