Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.A Day in the LifeAs the one responsible for the whole brand reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of 5-7 marketing professionals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary hub, driving significant growth for several key L’Oréal brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape brand strategies, leverage digital platforms, and mentor a high-performing team in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. You’ll be instrumental in maximizing profitability and market share across all channels.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global vision, adapting to the unique opportunities and challenges of the Central European market. This includes setting ambitious growth targets and developing innovative marketing plans.
  • Multi-Channel Growth: Drive brand growth across all channels, including e-commerce, owned stores, and established retail partnerships. You will identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation initiatives, leveraging L’Oréal’s online platforms and CRM strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty. You will lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and technologies.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing, multicultural marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. You will provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to your team members.
  • P&L Management: Analyze P&L performance, identify growth levers, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and market share. You will be responsible for budget management and resource allocation.

We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic vision, digital expertise, and strong leadership skills. They are passionate about building brands and driving growth in a dynamic market.

  • Content Strategy Design: Proven ability to develop and implement compelling content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Marketing Strategy Design: Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • People Development: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A proven track record of success in building brands, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry, and at least a Bachelor’s degree are required. Fluency in English is essential.
