We invite you to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our team!Your Contribution:Post and Reconcile Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile bank account transactions to ensure seamless account management.Customer Account Management: Perform customer account reconciliations and collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.Dunning Runs: Prepare and execute system-supported dunning runs to streamline our collections process and maintain positive cash flow.Payment Execution: Manage manual payments and automated payment runs to ensure timely and accurate processing.Customer Queries: Address queries from internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service and support.What You Bring:Educational Background: A degree or relevant qualification in accounting.Experience: Proven track of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and another European language (preferably German).Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO is a plus.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines; effectively manage workloads by planning, organizing, and adapting to changes.What You Can Expect from Us:Training and Development Opportunities: Benefit from tailored training programs and individual development opportunities that help you continuously expand your expertise and stay at the forefront of your field.
