Job description: Sandal Wakefield is looking for a Retail/Business Manager.Your roleYour leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit the business or interact with the sales team. Reporting directly to the BMW General Sales Manager you’ll take an active role in every aspect of sales negotiations, including part exchange valuations, special discounts and discussions surrounding the full range of finance and insurance solutions as well as coach and mentor the Sales Executives and Sales Geniuses.Your profileThe ideal candidate will preferably be an existing Business / F&I Manager with experience in the prestige motor industry, or have been in a senior sales position within a prestige dealership ready to take the next step in their career.
