My client is a leading company that has experienced significant growth in recent years. To navigate this recent and forecast growth, they have spent the last 12 months building out a high-performance finance team based primarily in Auckland with over 250 staff across New Zealand servicing the whole of Aotearoa. This role sits in their billing and AR team which consists of 6 staff, although your responsibility with sit squarely on managing a seamless billing process.The Role
The role of billing specialist will be report to the Billings & Receivables Manager and be part of a team of 6 staff, alongside the wider finance team of 15+ team members.
You will be responsible for the billing process.This requires:

• Liaising with field staff and internal stakeholders to accurately enter information on invoices
• Analyzing invoices alongside contractual obligations to ensure compliance standards
• Verifying integrity of information provided
• Promptly escalating and rectifying any abnormalities
• Adhoc finance support

Your profile:

• 2-3 years minimum experience in a billing’s role (NZ experience)
• A desire to contribute to a high performing team
• A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• An analytical mind and an ability to understand and interpret complex contractual documents
• A very strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in your work

This role is based in Mt Wellington and does require the 5-days in the office with regular working hours.How to apply
