Job description: Your role:The successful candidate will develop their career in a specialised professional team of the Group Finance Department of a giant group of companies having a wide spectrum of business in Hong Kong. S/He will:

• Participate in internal control on accurate, timely & efficient billing with proper compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
• Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties
• Recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures
• Prepare operation statistics and reports for management review
• Support ad-hoc assignments

To succeed in this role:

• Holder of higher diploma / degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or other related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Committed team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
