Billing Clerk/Assistant Billing OfficerProperty Management Company License No. C-458618Security Company License No. 1025Main Duties:Responsible for monthly billing and A/R functionsPreparation of invoices and verification of supporting documentsEnsure complete, accurate, and timely invoicing to customers and the HK Government.Coordinate with internal/external parties and site staff to resolve customer inquiries/disputes for billing issuesFollow up the overdue paymentsAssist in system enhancements and ad hoc projectsSupport various projects & operations assigned by the supervisor or management if required.Job RequirementsDiploma or above, with LCCI 1st Level in accounting or equivalentStrong sense of numericalPreferably with 2 years of accounting or billing experienceWilling and able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with MS Office (Word and Excel)Immediately available is an advantageWhat we offerAt Kai Fu Property Services Co Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to grow and thrive.
