Job description: We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Billing Team as “Billing Clerk”.Job Summary:

• Complete sales order checking and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Proceed Debit & Credit note when required

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute customer sales order checking and billing in accordance to customers’ billing cycle
• Issue invoices to customers and update Customer’s billing system in a timely manner
• Check log sheet and order forms to ensure billing accuracy and on time
• Proceed Debit/Credit notes when required
• Liaise with related parties regarding to the billing issues
• Ensure billing documents are filed accurately and timely
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Experience in Billing would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Detailed-minded, accuracy, well-organized and good time management
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
