Job description: Billing AssistantJob PurposeAssist the Billing Team Leader & Commercial Management in prioritizing tasks, ensuring contractual commitments, and maximizing revenue and profit margins. Review and input chargeable works accurately and handle work order queries.Responsibilities

  • Review and recover costs for chargeable works.
  • Bill clients via CAFM system and Application for Payment process.
  • Ensure detailed summaries for client applications to reduce queries.
  • Work with contract teams to charge for works as per contract.
  • Resolve queries within specified time limits.
  • Understand contractual information to maximize billing.
  • Assist in internal and external reporting.
  • Monitor and minimize Work In Progress (WIP).
  • Meet daily targets of 70-80 work orders.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.

Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • Background in Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Data entry experience with high transaction volumes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Desirable

  • Facilities Management experience.
  • Maximo/CAFM experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent personal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a methodical approach.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
