• Issue invoices and credits accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries related to invoicing and Accounts Receivable status
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You

• 5+ years of experience in a Billings-focused role
• Experience with a large ERP accounting software
• Strong administrative background, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience liaising with vendors and familiar with the Accounts Receivable process
