Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Service Officer to join our client.Contract Dates: 10 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• Receive files, divide work amongst team
• Processing disability leaves
• Communicate when leaves are approved
• Code non – disability leaves
• Escalating when needed
• Working with different HRIS

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bilingual – strong communication skills in both languages
• Computer Savy
• Some admin experience
• Understanding Risk and audit
• Experience with high volume
• SLA experience

Personal Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
