In this position, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service through efficient coordination and communication.What You’ll Do: As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage incident tickets, communicate with clients via email, and provide vital support to our first responders. Your ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations will be essential as you help streamline our processes and ensure a smooth operation.Remote: 2 times in office per month MUST BE LOCATED NEAR MONTREAL
