– Build strong client relations both new and existing. Determining the best product and process for the clients needs.
– Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth.
– Ability to learn and retain product information. Utilize product features and benefits to assist the sales team in product knowledge and sales opportunities.
– Develop proposals and quotes based on customers needs, specifications, and product offerings.
– Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment.
– Assist in creating plans for sales and marketing in order to achieve business goals.
– Conduct follow-ups with customers on orders, quotes, and service requests.
– Identify any custom technical requirement and coordinate as necessary with product team.
– Share sales and product insights and feedback with product management team to facilitate new features and updates.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
– Maintain a current knowledge of all procedures and processes.
– Other administrative duties as required.Qualifications
– 1 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales role
– Bilingual English and French both written and verbal
– Effective communication skills with internal and external partners
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Self starter, dependable and works well under pressure
– Experience creating detailed technical
– Competency with MS Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Must be detail orientedSummary
