They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Disability Administrator to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting from $25 per hour
Location: Québec City, QC
Location Type: Fully remote, Open to candidates in Canada. Preference for candidates in Quebec, Toronto, and British Columbia. Must be able to work EST hours.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 11 AM to 7 PMJob Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and assessing risk for external communications to ensure we are following privacy protocols with adherence to client specific communication guidelines requiring attention to detail to prevent privacy breaches.
  • Thoroughness and follow up to reconcile inconsistent or inaccurate information using excellent communication to provide feedback to case managers and leaders when guidelines and expectations are not met for privacy and confidentiality and email content.
  • Analyzing communications to document and track trends for continuous improvement.
  • Handling group email inbox expeditiously to meet turnaround times while maintaining quality.
  • Assist with other case management related administrative tasks – email communications, tool referrals, processing invoices etc.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Power Point), and Adobe
  • Ability to probe, investigate, apply critical judgement, problem solve and take ownership of discrepancies/issues and see through to resolution
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and planning abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines
  • Fast learner who is analytical, proactive, and takes initiative
  • Able to collaborate and build relationships with tact and diplomacy with internal partners
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
