This is an ongoing contract opportunity with the potential for permanency at a leader in the power tools market. This is a high priority position and we are actively seeking qualified candidates to start as soon as possible.Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $22 – $23/hr
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm

– Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, credits, and returns through Zendesk.
– Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders, pricing, billing, products, service, and general inquiries.
– Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
– Communicate and coordinate with colleaguesQualifications
– Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
– 1-2 years in a customer service or order entry role in a warehouse
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with Zendesk and AS400 is nice to have
– Punctual and a multi-taskerSummary
