You’ll lead customer engagement, oversee cost integration and risk assessment, and develop standard offerings for FACTS & HVDC projects. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in optimizing offerings and collaborating with global teams.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify local benefit elements and support suitable business models.
  • Engage with customers and partners to establish trust and design solutions.
  • Review RFQs/Tenders and prepare technical and commercial offers and concepts for long-term service agreements, operation and maintenance for synchronous condensers, SVC, STATCOM
  • Lead customer engagement and represent the project in discussions.
  • Oversee cost integration and risk assessment for final pricing.
  • Prepare and collate tender documentation, including technical data and project plans.
  • Develop standard offerings and processes for FACTS & HVDC projects.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and global factories to optimize offerings.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Transmission Services (HVDC, FACTS, , etc.).
  • Experience in generators, rotating equipment, and control & protection
  • Knowledge of Transmission Products, Solutions, and Services.
  • Experience in engineering roles or as a site/field service technical expert.
  • Familiarity with the High Voltage transmission industry in Australia.
  • Strong communication skills within local, regional, and global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.
