Job description: Our client is looking to recruit a BI, Reporting & Data Administrator to work in our Sales Operations Team based in Keele. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you will be responsible for creating and monitoring day-to-day business reports for all operational departments including, Sales, Marketing & Customer Support.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support the Sales Operations team with data analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and reports.
  • Train and support team members on the use of BI tools and reports.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in a sales operations environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data integration.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling.

  • Salary is £25,000 – £28,000
