Job description: Our client, a reputable MNC, is seeking a BI Developer with exposure in Tableau and cloud technologies, preferably AWS. This role involves designing data models for business reporting & analytics, developing dashboards for data-driven decisions, automating workflows for operational efficiency, and supporting cloud transformation and AWS deployment.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and develop data models and schemas that support reporting and analytics.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions by optimizing queries, data models, and ETL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data quality, and data integration.
- Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand and prioritize analytical needs, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
- Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data analysis, mining, and visualization principles.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Information Management.
- Expertise in business intelligence development
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports
- Technical work experience with ETL, data models
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Hands-on experience in analyzing data in both structured and unstructured formats
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to derive and interpret critical metrics to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
