Job description: Job Responsibility Design and prepare visually appealing beverages and food presentations. Develop new drink, food recipes and techniques. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our beverages and food offerings. Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to create cohesive menus and promotional materials. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative marketing strategies. Organize and participate in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility. Train staff on presentation standards and marketing initiatives. Job Requirements Minimum education is Secondary School or higher Able to converse in English and Mandarin. Proven experience in beverage & food presentation, and marketing. Strong creativity and attention to detail. Knowledge of flavor pairing, presentation techniques, and digital marketing. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Canva and etc). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
