• Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience in beverage & food presentation, and marketing.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of flavor pairing, presentation techniques, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Canva and etc).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Design and prepare visually appealing beverages and food presentations.
• Develop new drink, food recipes and techniques.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our beverages and food offerings.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to create cohesive menus and promotional materials.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Organize and participate in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
• Train staff on presentation standards and marketing initiatives.
