Let’s find out:You have a strong background in business controlling or financial analysis (bonus points for B2B or digital environments)Know your way around SAP and modern Excel magicLove connecting the dots between finance and business — strategy isn’t just a buzzword for youAre proactive, collaborative, and speak fluent English (Czech is a plus, but not a must)Feel comfortable navigating a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders◾ How you’ll make an impactYou will have your say in almost everything that matters — this is a new role, so you’ll help define it with us. But here’s the core of it:Budgeting & ForecastingYou’ll lead the budgeting cycles and model financial scenarios to support strategic choices; propose adjustments to financial plans.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare dashboards (monthly & quarterly), analyze revenue and costs, conduct variance analysis on revenue, cost and margins, and spot trends or risks before others do.Business PartneringTranslate financial data into clear business recommendations and action.
