• You have an overall “Gatekeeper role” of the defined Divisional standardized ERP Kernel solution within the Finance & Controlling Stream, with responsibilites to challenge, clarify, harmonize, coordinate Conceptual and Process changes, and ensure an effective implementation
• You are specifiying, designing, developing, documenting, testing, implementing, and improving continuously required processes within finance and controlling areas, establishing Best Practice and Overall Standardization within the Packaging Division
• You execute and support the global rollout of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with a key responsibility for Finance & Controlling Stream for our divisional solution
• You are responsible for the implementation of the group-wide solution in all our international plants
• You are the first contact between users and IT and translate the needs of our business into process specifications for internal and external stakeholders
• You understand processes and technologies in the global packaging industry to improve it
• You are supporting local key users in training and testing as part of the implementation and further development of our business processes

Your Profile

• You have completed your economic and/or technical studies
• You gained relevant professional experience in finance and controlling, experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• You have experience with ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
• You are a team player and looking to work in a multifunctional agile team and have previously demonstrated your leadership skills
• You have a hands-on approach and an analytical mindset
• You enjoy travelling up to 25% and working in a project environment
• As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage
