The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.ABOUT THE ROLE

• Temporary 90 days role
• Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely loyalty and retention customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers
• Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care
• This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications
• 70+ Service calls are required per day
