Job description: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and speciality drinks, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance for optimal performance.Consistently deliver high-quality coffee products, paying attention to brewing, extraction times, and milk steaming techniques.Create latte art and aesthetically pleasing presentations to enhance the visual appeal of the coffee beverages.Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, track sales, and manage inventory.Educate customers on different brewing methods, coffee types, and flavour profiles to enhance their coffee knowledge and enjoyment.Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously.
