Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.通过使用历史数据和预测数据来制定一份可行的部门年度指标。2. Be responsible for maintaining Banquet safety and sanitation standards at all times.任何时候都要保持宴会厅的安全和卫生标准。7. Enforce Marriott’s 49-point sanitation checklist by having all Banquets inspected on a monthly basis.执行万豪的49点卫生设备检查表，所有部门每月检查一次。8.
