Job description: The Banking Relations Team plays a critical role in support of the Group’s ongoing business requirements, as well as assisting with the implementation of OSL’s business development and expansion strategy. The Banking Relations Partner will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by interacting and coordinating with internal stakeholders so that our relationships with banking partners around the world are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to banking relations including form and documentation preparation and submission;
• To obtain and ensure proper internal approval in place from various departments for proceeding with account opening;
• To facilitate and coordinate the answers to all the AML and other enquiries from banks/other counterparts to ensure the success of account opening applications;
• To support the periodic review of banks/other counterparts to ensure the accounts will be accurately maintained for our daily business operation.

Requirements

• University degree;
• Basic knowledge of company incorporation documents;
• Keen attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of our communication with external parties such as banks and other financial institutions;
• Effective time management in order to ensure adherence to strict deadlines;
• Strong sense of accountability and responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with the internal and external stakeholders
