An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated accounts professional looking to add value to a multi-million dollar company, in a Reconciliations focused role, based in Melbourne’s Western suburbs.Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Reconciliations Officer to join their team as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • High volume of reconciliations
  • Daily banking and allocations
  • Setting up accounts on the system
  • Proactive approach to working with internal stakeholders to resolve daily banking and/or reconciliation complexities
  • Assist with reporting
  • Providing support to the finance team where required
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager

Ideal Candidate
To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in a similar role with proven prior reconciliations experience.
  • A keen eye for detail
  • High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the drive to meet deadlines
